01About these terms

These terms cover your use of zeeshanbashir.com and my free tools. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it. The site is run by Zeeshan Bashir, company: Waqzee Group LTD, company number: 15836895, 1 Hales Place, Stoke-on-Trent. How I handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

02Using the website

You may read the site, use the tools, and share links to it. Please don't misuse it: don't attack, overload or try to break it, don't try to get around limits or security, don't use bots to scrape it, and don't use it for anything unlawful. I may block access if someone does.

03The free tools and the disclaimer

My tools are aids to thinking, not guarantees or professional advice.

• The SEO Growth Model, Content ROI, Content Mapping and SEO Metrics tools produce forecasts, models and plans from the numbers and answers you enter. Results are only as good as those inputs and my assumptions. They are illustrative, they are not a promise of traffic, rankings, revenue or return, and real results will differ.
• The Ecommerce SEO Optimiser is an automated analysis of a public web page. Its scores are a guide weighted by priority, not a prediction of rankings or sales. Search and AI engines change often, and an AI answer is one sample at one moment.
• AI-written content (recommendations, suggested copy, schema drafts) can contain mistakes. Check every fact, price, claim and piece of code before you publish or ship it. Anything in square brackets needs your own information.
• Don't rely on a tool alone for a major business, legal or financial decision. Take advice where you need it.

04Ecommerce SEO Optimiser: accounts and fair use

• Your account. Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information and use one account per person.
• What you may check. Only public pages you own, manage, or have permission to test. Don't enter private or sensitive information in a page address.
• Limits. Free accounts have daily and hourly limits, and previews without an account are limited more tightly. These keep the service free and fast. I may change or enforce limits, and suspend accounts that abuse the service, use automation to get round limits, or try to harm the service or other sites.
• Share links and emailed reports. A share link lets anyone who has it read that report until you switch it off. Only share reports you're happy for the recipient to see. If you email a report to someone, make sure you're allowed to give me their email address.
• Your data. You can download or delete your account and every saved report at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how it's handled.
• Testing other people's sites. The tool makes ordinary page requests, the same as a visitor or a search crawler. It isn't for security testing, and you're responsible for having the right to check the pages you enter.

05Content and ownership

The site's text, design, tools and code are mine (or used with permission) and protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the source. Please don't copy or republish whole pages, or reuse the tools' code, without asking. Your own inputs and your reports belong to you. By using the optimiser you let me store them to provide the service.

06Links and third parties

The site links to other websites and services I don't control (including the brands in my portfolio and tools such as Google PageSpeed). I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle information.

07What I'm responsible for (and what I'm not)

I provide the site and tools free of charge and "as is". I take care over them, but I can't promise they're always available, error-free or suit your needs. To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data or opportunity, or for indirect or consequential loss, arising from using the site or relying on the tools. Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow me to limit. If you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights aren't affected.

08Changes and availability

I may update, pause or remove any part of the site or tools, and change these terms. I'll put the new version here with a new date, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If a change affects accounts or your data, I'll tell account holders by email.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, although if you're a consumer you may also have the right to bring a claim where you live. This version was last updated on 5 October 2026.
